Touch and massage are universal means of communication that have been used for thousands of years. We naturally feel our body when one is injured, and touch those we love when they suffer physically or emotionally. When applying non-sexual touch to relax or relieve tension in the couples massage or with another partner, there are a few simple techniques you can apply. The most common type of massage techniques taught in this country are Swedish massage techniques. This type of massage involves five basic types of strokes, which are destined to be together with the approach choreographed the whole body in one session. Those shots were originally created as a form of physical therapy to improve circulation, increase range and reduce scar tissue.
The signature moves used in traditional Swedish massage are:
1) Effleurage – long, flowing movements, usually in the direction of the heart to improve circulation.
Effleurage stroke is the most commonly associated with a relaxing massage. The races are long, consider a stroke applied by hand, rolling the ankle all the way to the hip, and a long rest return slips. This is an excellent technique for a circulatory system of hunting and relaxation throughout the body. The general rule with massage we teach in our courses is as follows: slowing traffic as relaxing, fastest, most stimulating.
2) Kneading – a trip made with both hands in the form of a C, slightly pulling the muscle off the bone.
Kneading is the race that you visit most often used on the upper trapezius, muscles of the shoulder near the neck. As someone laying face down, the donor can hold their hands in the C-shape, and easily enter the area which is often very tight postural strain at a desk, car, etc.
3) Compression – compressing the muscle tissue either below the surface, or bone, it is more.
Compression can be as sweet and intense as you want. Some people use their hands to compress the muscles and other tissues to the surface, some use fists, elbows, or even the feet! You can use a compression stroke, while sliding as well, or use the static compression to flush out areas of tension or restriction in muscle.
4) Friction – rapid movements, often without cream create heat in the hands of the donor and the receiver part of the body, to flow to the skin surface.
Friction is a move used by rubbing an area, as you would rub your hands to warm in cold weather. It increases the circulation in an area, and can help increase the elasticity and healing of tissues.
5) Vibration – a quick, small movement to improve circulation, or flush out interstitial (between the tissue) fluid.
Vibration can be used in an area that is too sensitive for other strokes. It can sometimes be used in areas to help reduce swelling, reducing the circulating fluid. The abdomen is an area that this race may be applied to aid digestion and stimulate fluid movement, as in the early postpartum period.
Some other major body and modalities of massage, which have become more popular in the last ten years include, but are not limited to: shiatsu, myofascial, neuromuscular, sports, prenatal, Thai (or Thai yoga), acupressure, therapy and trigger point. These are applications of different techniques massage, which affects the nervous system in different ways. Most of these result in a relaxation response in the body, which counteract the effects of stress.
When asympathetic nervous system is triggered, (opposite the sympathetic nervous system, which is linked to the fight or flight) the body relaxes, removes stress hormones and endorphins. The digestion reaction is triggered, sometimes causing your stomach to growl, and frequently causing drooling … one of the funnier side effects of massage … is the "rest and digest response, which is an indication that your body is probably out of the alert status of hyper-stress, and closer to rest and recover.
Here are some reasons for which applications various massage can benefit the body in different ways. Using massage at home can have positive effects on blood pressure, production white blood cells, the voltage levels in the body and sleep quality, just to name a few.

Villandry Chateau de la Loire Superb – A Must See Garden
The gardens at Chateau de Villandry is a true delight. They are tended with love and enthusiasm by Henri Carvallo, curator of the castle and great grand-son of Dr Joachim Carvallo who purchased the castle in 1906. When Dr. Carvallo purchased the property he was about to be demolished. He had been disfigured by the wall arches, fake windows and additions and the gap had been filled in.
Dr. Joachim Carvallo proposed architecture of the Renaissance and harmonious design of origin. He gave up a career impressive in science under the tutelage of a professor who later went on to win the Nobel Peace Prize and is dedicated to restoring Vchateau Villandry and its beautiful gardens.
Later, Dr. Carvallo founded the Association of Historical Mansion in order to save historic buildings throughout the France. You saved Villandry, which is now one of the most visited castles of the Loire Valley.
Carvallo a better job was the restoration of the gardens, which are still Fame Villandry. Gardens existed since the 16th century and were rebuilt under the instructions Carvallo following proof of prints found in "The Most Excellent Bastiments of France" (1576-1579) Androuet by Jacques Du Hoop.
Gardens Chateau de Villandry in the most magnificent examples of Renaissance gardens in France. The gardens are terraced on three levels, have been influenced by Italian gardeners led by Charles VIII. The plantation design at each level are as follows:
The first level is the highest, equal or above ground level with the castle, the Water Garden, The (water garden) with lawns, fountains whose edges are defined by arbors.
The second level consists of: The Ornamental Garden, (Garden of approval), composed of the Garden of the music, the garden of love decoration Flower Garden and Garden of Earthly Delights simple. In front of this level where the castle stands is a bed planted with a pergola shaded by vines on foot.
The third and lowest level is the vegetable garden The garden, (garden), consists of vegetable crops, fruit trees and shrubs, and herbs for seasoning or medicinal purposes. This garden, in the style of Louis XIV, and takes the form of a rectangle of slightly irregular shape around three sides of the top two levels of gardens. It is devoted to vegetables and has 9 square sections divided into beds of various colored plants, surrounded by perennials and hedges of boxwood.
Villandry is a vegetal feast, with large purple cabbage, leeks crazy zigzags of growth, blocks Pumpkin autumn, beds of yellow and green peppers and mounds of celery all replanted twice a year with a brilliant eye for the colors of the seasons.
On the other side of the palace garden, there is a maze of 12000 Beech cut.
All these elements are impressive in their gardens are own rights, so I do not recommend one over the other.
Villandry is well worth the visit. Without much pomp and ceremony, you can witness a castle living in harmony with nature, and the remarkable beauty of these gardens. Eight of the work of gardeners at the Chateau de Villandry full-time and 45,000 plant and 60,000 plants in his vegetable garden every year.
In July of each year of Chateau Villandry has Thousand Nights of Lights, when they light magic castle gardens of Villandry to 2000 candles. Bed when the sun begins to set, the candles burn until midnight after the beautiful park's most famous castle in the Loire. Strolling musicians play Baroque music which adds to the mystical atmosphere during this quintessence the experience of the Loire. Do not miss it – it is spectacular.
If you can not go to the Thousand Nights of Fire in July, then you certainly should try to see all the gardens of Villandry Castle in summer, and preferably about two hours before sunset, the light adds that certain "je ne sais quoi".
