Summer is not only heat and cold when it comes to wine selection. It also has much to do with the kind of cooking that uses ingredients that come into season between February and June of each year. Clark YATS Wine Center – a separate building of two floors located on the main road in Clark Freeport.
Public tastings are held from time to time and sometimes in Clark, Manila. Ticket prices range from P1500 to p500 for these theme nights are managed by professionals, not wine merchants sponsorship, pushy salesmen or banners sticking to ruin the evening.
