Top 5 wines for the summer by leading wine supplier Philippines relesed YATS Wine Cellars

Summer is not only heat and cold when it comes to wine selection. It also has much to do with the kind of cooking that uses ingredients that come into season between February and June of each year. Now serving in all fine restaurants in the Philippines are lobsters, oysters, mackerel and barracuda. Some of these calls for a crisp racy dry white wine, then topped the list of YATS Wine Cellars for a wine of this summer 2000 Chablis Lamblin et Fils.

Great contender for the first place especially for those who have a weakness for Bubblies, is this crowd-like, one second of the Rose Loire Valley. Creamy, sweet, easy go down and absolutely delicious to drink alone or for a variety of summer food including seafood is not only, but also white meats and cold meats with salads.

White wine and sparkling wine does not meet wine lovers all summer. Red to come into the equation too. Fortunately for Manila and Clark wine lovers, the fabulous – perfect even – vintage 2005 is slowly coming into drinking status. Recommended for fun this summer in the Philippines is the wine red 2005 Cotes de Castillon, Bordeaux region right near the Bank of Saint-Emilion and Pomerol. The Castle is Hyota a rich, sweet and well balanced red that give pleasure for 10-15 years or more. Red meat, full air and even grill a good wine with dinner the evening summer.

Taking the afternoon off to read a book in the shade an acacia tree in Clark Philippines, next to a lake perhaps? Sauvignon Blanc is unbeatable when it comes to this kind of parameters. This Sauvignon Blanc Wine Cellars YATS from Argentina, which gives New Zealand a run for its money. Argentina as we all know, is famous for its Malbec, but this is not a One-Trick-Pony. Sauvignon Blanc grown in high altitude vineyards near the ocean seems to have the same appeal. In this cellar, we bring pork and veal in the summer menu.

Then last, but certainly not least, is the addition of choice to the list of summer wines – a pinot noir, what else. The Cono Sur Pinot Black weighs like the best value for money of all the wines selected for this summer YATS Wine Cellars. It is a versatile wine that not only brings light gamey red meat in the picture but also fish such as salmon or fish with tomato-based sauce.

YATS Wine Cellars began in Clark Freeport, Pampanga, a mere 90 minute drive along the highway north of Manila. First class wines can be found in the cellars of fine dining Restaurant and Wine works YATS Lounge located inside Mimosa Leisure Estate Clark, just before the Casino. Clark YATS Wine Center – a separate building of two floors located on the main road in Clark Freeport.

Public tastings are held from time to time and sometimes in Clark, Manila. Ticket prices range from P1500 to p500 for these theme nights are managed by professionals, not wine merchants sponsorship, pushy salesmen or banners sticking to ruin the evening. Each ticket contains a the number of beads that can be exchanged for a tasting of a wine to pay between those with a lineup that often includes wines that are quite old and expensive. This makes wine tasting events YATS the most profitable place to explore new options and expand our knowledge of wine through meetings firsthand.

Wine Seminars were conducted in the past and may be offered from time to time. These seminars with intermediate to advanced topics that are intended to provide useful and practical knowledge for wine enthusiasts. Topics are targeted treatment depth. Most seminars include a tasting tour after the conference.

And wine dinners are held either YATS Restaurants Clark or in collaboration with other restaurants and organizers. private wine dinners can also be arranged for groups of 14 or more. Even Asian food can be part of a dinner YATS wines.
