Weekly guide a wine lover to $ 10 Wines – A Cabernet Sauvignon from Bulgaria
This is our largest market for wine from Bulgaria, a country producing a lot of wines at low cost. In fact, Bulgaria was once the fourth largest exporter of wine. In the past, he was the producer Wine most reliable Eastern Europe. Bulgarians have been growing vines for more than three thousand years and the production of wine for most of those years. After Bulgaria was ruled by Turkey, the wine industry has been interrupted and restarted after the First World War Field Producer Boyer was the nation's first private wine after 1991 and is a major player. Cabernet Sauvignon is a grape Bulgarian important decades and had a reputation for cheap wines. Let's see about this wine.
OUR WINE REVIEW POLICY All wines that we taste and review are sold at retail prices.
Wine Cabernet Sauvignon Domaine Boyar revision 2008 12% alcohol about $ 7
Start with quote the marketing material. Tasting note: Ruby cherry purple color; plum, black / black currant, licorice and a touch of spice on the nose, the body dry, medium, ripe fruit, mint and vanilla, balanced acidity, tannins, moderate finish of average length. Suggestion: Serve with grilled meats and cheeses, BBQ ribs, grilled lamb burgers, kebabs;.
At first sip wine was thick and fluffy. The first pairing was with grilled beef ribs, roasted potatoes in the fat of chicken and broccoli and cauliflower in tomato sauce with basil, onion, cumin and garlic. The beef is out of black cherry wine. The potatoes out of the tobacco wine. The wine has lost some strength when faced with vegetables, but remained strong.
The next meal consisted of chicken legs, chick peas, potatoes in broth with some tomatoes and onions. It was a old stock French style meal. However, I am not sure how they knew the chickpeas then and there. This cheap Cab presented prizes oak and tobacco, he showed good acidity and slightly rubbery.
My last meal was a box that eggplant Parmiagana I topped with grated parmesan cheese. The wine has bright acidity showed that it was refreshing and well balanced with cherry and a little mint. The dessert of lemon tart in a crust with French butter emptied wine.
I finished this bottle of wine tasting with two local cheeses. When combined with Emmental (Switzerland) wine was a little weak, but its black cherry and oak has survived. With Asiago cheese cherries were dark and the cab showed good acidity.
the final verdict. I would buy this wine again. I never felt I was drinking wine $ 7. In my area, the only other Bulgarian wine available is a local variety unaffordable for this column. One day, I could taste a Bulgarian Cabernet Sauvignon to approximately twice the price to see if she too is a good deal.

Top 5 wines for the summer by leading wine supplier Philippines relesed YATS Wine Cellars
Summer is not only heat and cold when it comes to wine selection. It also has much to do with the kind of cooking that uses ingredients that come into season between February and June of each year. Now serving in all fine restaurants in the Philippines are lobsters, oysters, mackerel and barracuda. Some of these calls for a crisp racy dry white wine, then topped the list of YATS Wine Cellars for a wine of this summer 2000 Chablis Lamblin et Fils.
Great contender for the first place especially for those who have a weakness for Bubblies, is this crowd-like, one second of the Rose Loire Valley. Creamy, sweet, easy go down and absolutely delicious to drink alone or for a variety of summer food including seafood is not only, but also white meats and cold meats with salads.
White wine and sparkling wine does not meet wine lovers all summer. Red to come into the equation too. Fortunately for Manila and Clark wine lovers, the fabulous – perfect even – vintage 2005 is slowly coming into drinking status. Recommended for fun this summer in the Philippines is the wine red 2005 Cotes de Castillon, Bordeaux region right near the Bank of Saint-Emilion and Pomerol. The Castle is Hyota a rich, sweet and well balanced red that give pleasure for 10-15 years or more. Red meat, full air and even grill a good wine with dinner the evening summer.
Taking the afternoon off to read a book in the shade an acacia tree in Clark Philippines, next to a lake perhaps? Sauvignon Blanc is unbeatable when it comes to this kind of parameters. This Sauvignon Blanc Wine Cellars YATS from Argentina, which gives New Zealand a run for its money. Argentina as we all know, is famous for its Malbec, but this is not a One-Trick-Pony. Sauvignon Blanc grown in high altitude vineyards near the ocean seems to have the same appeal. In this cellar, we bring pork and veal in the summer menu.
Then last, but certainly not least, is the addition of choice to the list of summer wines – a pinot noir, what else. The Cono Sur Pinot Black weighs like the best value for money of all the wines selected for this summer YATS Wine Cellars. It is a versatile wine that not only brings light gamey red meat in the picture but also fish such as salmon or fish with tomato-based sauce.
YATS Wine Cellars began in Clark Freeport, Pampanga, a mere 90 minute drive along the highway north of Manila. First class wines can be found in the cellars of fine dining Restaurant and Wine works YATS Lounge located inside Mimosa Leisure Estate Clark, just before the Casino. Clark YATS Wine Center – a separate building of two floors located on the main road in Clark Freeport.
Public tastings are held from time to time and sometimes in Clark, Manila. Ticket prices range from P1500 to p500 for these theme nights are managed by professionals, not wine merchants sponsorship, pushy salesmen or banners sticking to ruin the evening. Each ticket contains a the number of beads that can be exchanged for a tasting of a wine to pay between those with a lineup that often includes wines that are quite old and expensive. This makes wine tasting events YATS the most profitable place to explore new options and expand our knowledge of wine through meetings firsthand.
Wine Seminars were conducted in the past and may be offered from time to time. These seminars with intermediate to advanced topics that are intended to provide useful and practical knowledge for wine enthusiasts. Topics are targeted treatment depth. Most seminars include a tasting tour after the conference.
And wine dinners are held either YATS Restaurants Clark or in collaboration with other restaurants and organizers. private wine dinners can also be arranged for groups of 14 or more. Even Asian food can be part of a dinner YATS wines.

I love French wine and Food – A red Sancerre
If you're longing for some French wine and food, you should consider the region of the Loire Valley in central France. You can even find a bargain, and really hope you enjoy on this tour wine education fact-filled in which we review a red Sancerre wine based on Pinot Black from the eastern part of the Valley of the Loire.
The Loire is the longest river in France. Of the eleven French wine regions of the Loire Valley ranks third in the total vineyard. It is divided into four regions runs from west to east: Nantais, Anjou-Saumur, Touraine, Centre and vineyards, the house wine reviewed below. major This region of white grapes are Sauvignon Blanc and the great red grape is Pinot Black.
Sancerre is a medieval hill house less than two miles inhabitants. The name of the city is synonymous with white wine. The city may have housed a temple dedicated to Julius Caesar. Sancerre is proud to have pushed the English on two occasions during the Hundred Years War and have been a regional command center of the French Resistance in World War II. Places to See in particular the sixteenth century Campanula St. John, the Tower of fiefs, the remains of a castle built in the late fourteenth century, and the house wine exhibition dating from the fourteenth to sixteenth centuries. Enjoy the medieval streets and food and wine.
Before to examine the Loire wines and imported cheeses that we had the chance to buy at a local wine store and a local Italian food store, Here are some suggestions of what to eat with indigenous wines when touring this beautiful region. Start with salad partridge Roti (roast partridge salad). Your second course savor Pot to the Fire Bobbin (Duckling stew). For dessert, treat yourself to a crepe with Grand Marnier (Grand Marnier crepe).
OUR WINE REVIEW POLICY All wines that we taste and review are on sale at retail.
Wine Review Fournier Sancerre Rouge 2003 12.5% alcohol about $ 24
Let's start by quoting the marketing materials. Red Sancerre is made exclusively from Pinot Black. These wines are rarely seen in our market, because a large proportion of them are popular locally. In Loire red wines require a warmer and more consistent in addition to obtaining maturity. In 2003, with the heat wave across Europe, Fournier was able to achieve this. This classic wine Pinot aromas and flavors of happy, underbrush and beets. The producer recommends serving this wine slightly chilled with bouillabaisse. And now for my review.
My first meal of beef stew with potatoes, hot pepper sauce Tunisian and Moroccan spiced carrots. The wine was earthy and not powerful tasting of black cherries and tobacco. This Pinot Black had no trouble dealing spicy meat.
Second meal is an Atlantic salmon marinated in barbecue sauce Italian-style commercial. The fish was accompanied by potatoes fried in chicken fat. The wine is round and earthy, and relatively long. There was some aftertaste.
The last involved an association grilled chicken breast purchased again in the chicken roasted potatoes and eggplant caponata bold, Italian tomatoes, garlic and olives. Somewhat surprisingly the wine was plums. Combination was excellent, emphasizing the fruit in the wine.
Something happened and I did not have to taste this wine with cheese. As you may know, I'm usually not all that pleased with the wine and cheese. Anyway, my apologies, and at least for the moment, I plan to return to wine and cheese tastings.
the final verdict. I think the wine was too expensive. For my way of thinking a wine prices in the mid-twenties it would have been excellent over once on three tastings. I have certainly not buy it just to try new wines and cheeses. And is simply impossible to get away from this authentic bouillabaisse Marseilles.

Odyssey Gelato – and not just ice, but an adventure
I look against the light, just enough to give that little extra flavor, then stir it around in my mouth and close my eyes with a mmmmm. No, I'm not swallowing some Grange Hermitage town, enjoying the delights of what is a championship won world gelato in Italy.
There is something about letting sets flavor on the tongue like a velvet carpet, to close eyes and choose the subtle nuances and splinters of ice finely made. We can all appreciate tastes that evoke an emotional response, as satisfaction, contentment and excitement. The gentle treatment and frozen-gelato has the ability to transcend the mood, depending on quality and where and how you eat.
What is gelato?
Is not that a fancy word for ice?
Well, sort of. If the ice-term consumption is like saying "wine" and gelato is a variety, as Shiraz. With its separate ingredients, preparation and storage methods, there are Major differences in the ice cream such as:
- flavor due to less air, which means denser concentration of ingredients
- Less fat due to the use of milk or skim milk instead of cream (and a guy called Sorbetto ice / sorbet, do not use dairy products at all)
- Melts faster because the ingredients are not homogeneous (which is a method milk processing, to prevent or delay the natural separation of cream from the rest of the emulsion.) So? This means less chance of headache ice and teeth hurt!
High quality ice cream is made daily with fresh ingredients and quality. Maintaining consistency, it is stored in a freezer ice, which is not as cold as a freezer of ice, and thus gives a smooth effect.
Who invented ice, and when?
Like most things gourmet, there is speculation about who invented and when. Some sources claim that 3000 years from China, others say it is from the 16th century in Italy at the time of Catherine de Medici of Florence. Whatever the origin, over the last 200 years, has refined the process to go beyond Snow stored in a cellar at rationalizing by modern machines and custom special freezers.
Okay, so really gelato is different ice cream, but is it better?
This is a bit of experience comes in. Just as there are tours for lovers wine, I had the opportunity to indulge in ice while walking and cycling in Europe. The mission: to try another type of a day in three different countries. Overall, I tried 13 flavors. Which was the best experience of ice and why?
The answer is not purely everything tasted the best, but many factors.
How to have an excellent adventure gelato: Considerations
— Price: the closer you travel from one node as the Colosseum in Rome, the more expensive and not necessarily the better the quality. cheaper than I paid for a scoop (size of the woman punched sheets) was 70 cents and over was 3 euros.
— Quality: While major brands such as Movenpick and Peters are good, they are not as good as the "Tips professional home. Try a gelateria on its own cafe not gelateria / photobooth / Pancake / Internet. Similar to the strategy of gourmet, would you buy cheese from the farmer or the Kraft cheese sticks in a supermarket?
— How to mix: if you have more than one flavor, keep the food groups. ie. Do not mix lemon with nutella triple. Well, you make the magic of chocolate ice cream in a lemonade? And I can assure you that Orange mixed with mint to induce a reflex nauseous an orange juice after brushing the teeth.
The three basic food groups gelato are:
• Sorbets: general fruit, little / no dairy products was added, based on the lashes for smoothness: for example, citrus fruits, berries, melons
• cream dreams: usually more than one flavor, but complementary, for example, cookies and cream, rum and raisin
• The most dearly loved: One spoonful is enough calories to climb the stairs to the Sacred Heart of ten times. These are chocolate, caramel Nuttel mixtures.
There is nothing wrong with mixing the two latter groups of foods and, if a ball is more than enough to feel like your teeth will fall out. A I tried was a mixture of mascarpone and Nutella with streaks of spice hazelnut layers through the liquid sugar and cream.
— Cone or cup? I prefer the cut you do not have to rush the power of a cone of merger with the stream of melted ice pantyhose streaming from his arm. It is easier to keep the flavors distinct too. And if you think it makes any difference whatsoever, eh, you forget the heat of the cone. a larger area in support of reducing the risk of a super content dislodge lick the cone and ending in tears. Even an adult male.
— How to eat Try to sit and enjoy the taste. Look at the tourist crowd, instead of walking through the crowd when a stray elbow may protrude its place in your triple chocolate. Do not eat when you're in a hurry, walking up a hill or in the sun on a super hot day. Yeah I know, but the rigidity and softness do not let thirst. You have a bottle of water instead.
— Presentation: In Paris, the gelaterists have a clever way to introduce multiple flavors, like a rosebud that looks unflowering too pretty to eat. But go ahead anyway.
Mouth: What makes a good ice cream?
— Texture: The lack of ice. Smallest bubble flavor ratio. The best example of this is in Switzerland, in a cafe near Lake Como. Each spoonful of peach sorbet felt like bubbles coated silk fishing real, rather than crunchy 'ow my teeth!
— The real flavor. You know, when you chew bubblegum flavored strawberry and it taste like strawberries? Well, when the ice has the shabby little bits in it, and taste that you just plucked from a bush came, while the stuff.
— Originality: while the avocado and tomato can not be cup of tea for everyone, some combinations can be as beautiful eyes closingly saffron cream, who had gears in it.
France or Italy?
The answer is a sensitive issue. Italy was the world champion San Gimignano, near Florence for saffron cream mentioned above. Was it good? Yes. Worth every penny. Remember, the view of a Tuscan vineyard on a day sun does not hurt either. And the scoop on fishing the shores of Lake Como, after a riding ks tasted very good too.
The worst I had was in a restaurant in Domodossola, Italy, the aroma of coffee was cold, hard and inauthentic.
Basically, the nationality ice is a minor consequence. What matters is the quality, ambience and overall dining gelato strategy.
Odyssey Australia
Being such a multicultural mish-mash, Australia is fortunate to have immigrants from Italy who have made gelato land of "Spider". While the thought of abandoning vanilla ice superior in skimming soda break Dom Perignon seems to bless the new ships, Australians have decent ice.
Follow the same advice above. While it is difficult find the taste factor, many grocery stores stock locally made gelato, made with care by real professionals. In Canberra, there is even a man that can make all the flavor you want for a minimum order litreage.
One thing Australians do have in the balls is the vibe. There are many places to sit and watch the world while licking in balancing such as Circular Quay in Sydney.
In these summer months, ice, is the dining experience bring satisfaction, with some guidance, it is really more than ice cream.

Brewing beer is better beer house
Do you and your friends drinking a case or more every weekend? You find yourself Regulation for cheap brands other than what you really want to save money? If this describes the situation then why not try to find an affordable choice to consistently achieve the best brews at prices much more reasonable? Relax, I do not mean to find beer that has "fallen on the back of the truck"! I'm talking about making your own beer at home. Become a home brewer is not so difficult (if you can boil water, you can make beer), and it is actually a fun hobby and legal.
You're probably consider what you'll need to start. My recommendation would be to check some sites beer online and check kits to brew beer. Each of the major retailers offer kits for the first Once brewer come with enough equipment to actually create five gallons of beer at a time (it is over 50 12 oz cans) After you have completed your second batch brewed save you cash on buying your beer in the local supermarket. When finished your third, you save even more.
Because it is not possible to drink beer in five gallon buckets you'll also need to put your beer bottles in. The cheapest method is to save the bottles and recycle them, but they can not be the kind of twist tops! You need to use bottles that use the type of cap, because it prevents the outside air beer much better. Do not worry, caps fees, plus a capping device usually come with the beer kit. You must also use bottles that are brown or amber, as they protect beer from the ultraviolet light. Clear and green bottles are not.
You will quickly find that the fun part of making beer is actually able to experiment with recipes. The ingredient in the beer line and equipment providers offer many different recipes and each can be "twisted" just a little to make it special for you alone. Soon you'll be confident enough to brew beer, beer, beer light or dark beer. The options are virtually limitless.
And as an added therapy, equipment and procedures identical can also be used for brewing cider too. Perfect for winter evenings!
If you're a beer lover, you actually ought to seriously consider brewing your home.

Five Simple Ways to choose wines
The wine is used as an accompaniment to food on several occasions. How do you choose the right kind of wine? Here are some tips on this.
>> Choosing the wine really depends on the type of food that you have. Another thing wine is that when you take a particular type of wine or a wine from a particular region, the food of the inhabitants of this region is consistent with wine from this region. It is therefore another point to bear in mind when selecting wine.
>> You must know regions where wine originated. The important regions for wine production are the United States, France, Italy, Spain, Chile and Australia. Some of the best grapes and house wine from these places. You can check many of the foods served with wine here, so that you can serve similar dishes when serving wine.
>> Wine is produced by fermenting grapes, and therefore the type of grape that goes into making wine is of great importance. You must choose wine by type of grape used to make it as each offers its own flavor of grape wine and some distinct flavors are particularly suited to certain opportunities.
>> Rich red wines made from grapes Cabernet Sauvignon and they are a complement to dinner or lunch where the food is rich and heavy. A softer version of Cabernet Sauvignon wine is wine made from grapes Pinot Black, who is just as tasty, but a bit light. Many people love wine red light and used for many occasions and wine are generally in the form of Merlot.
>> If you plan to serve the wine and a spicy taste, the wine made from Zinfandel grapes is a good choice because it is spicy and has a strong flavor. White wine goes well with food is made from Chardonnay grapes, while you can get an idea of the true wine of crisp white wine made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes. This wine is often served on many family occasions and family gatherings too. Champagne and other sparkling wines are great to celebrate, keep well, and can be a pleasant change when are served with an aperitif.
>> You must also choose the wine according to age wine. The older the wine the more is strong tastes and flavors. This is especially true for red wine, white wine, but there is no need to wait for that age is needed and is ready to be served after is made.
As you serve wine at dinner, the progress of the lightest to heaviest White to red, thereby preventing the taste of a wine type of overpowering the other. As you get to taste different wines, you will understand what suits the wine you the best and complete the type of food, which helps you choose the right ones.

5 Good Reasons to Start Home brewing beer with a Homebrew Kit
While people have been making beer and of wine in their homes for at least 10,000 BC (we can prove – perhaps much earlier) the modern notion of home brewing is very new.
Chances are that your father did not make beer at home.
Modern home brewing is born of dissatisfaction the people began to feel in the early 1980s with the selection of the most insipid beers. beers, beers and micro-brew pubs came on the scene to give people a choice of good taste.
Home brewery has also made its modern appearance.
And with the good also came evil. Without doubt, many bad.
Because, like any craft or art, beer is difficult. Not once you learn, but to start.
If you have not learned to home brew your knee fathers then chances are that you have no idea where to start beer at home.
Enter the kit home brewing.
Home Brew Kits are all-in-one solutions to make your first batch of beer. The best come complete with the proper equipment, all the ingredients and detailed instructions to remove all conjecture.
If you do not want to wait several months through trial and error for the first batch decent beer, then a kit manufacture of beer can be good for you.
Besides giving you a batch of Home Brew drink the first time, home brewing kits also have these things in their favor:
1. They are a cheap way to test the hobby. Hey, even if you like the taste of beer making at home can not be good for you. Why sink $ 1,000 's in costly equipment and learn that you hate it. Very good home brew kits can be found online for less than $ 100 and many smaller run half that.
2. Home brewing kits come with everything you need – a large advantage for the beginner. The right ingredients and proper equipment are all included. No last minute goes to the store when you have forgotten an essential element. Batch not ruined because you used the wrong network or your lock did not work.
3. Kits can learn the brewing process you can develop on if and when you want to buy the equipment more seriously.
4. Home Brew Kits are designed to do exactly what they say they will and is exactly what they should do and are in step by step instructions to help you. No guessing if you have the good play, or if these grains or hops will work for this beer or that. A lot of time to experiment later.
Which brings us to one of the best reasons to use a kit home brew beer at home:
5. The best home brew kits can grow with you. They are perfect for beginners – all the ingredients to make your first batch or two of beer – but you can easily reuse the material to make future batches. Find new recipes and try different styles. Your kit is ready to run.
Make sure that if you think that can continue to use the kit to make more beer you get a quality kit from the start.
These are just some of the reasons why a kit Brewing at home is the best for beginners.
