At first sip wine was thick and fluffy. My last meal was a box that eggplant Parmiagana I topped with grated parmesan cheese. The wine has bright acidity showed that it was refreshing and well balanced with cherry and a little mint. The dessert of lemon tart in a crust with French butter emptied wine.
I finished this bottle of wine tasting with two local cheeses. When combined with Emmental (Switzerland) wine was a little weak, but its black cherry and oak has survived. With Asiago cheese cherries were dark and the cab showed good acidity.
