How is wine produced
The wine, a beverage we all know and love, is produced from fruits such as grapes and berries by drying, then fermenting them. Once the fruits ferment, the sugar in fruit is converted into alcohol. The wine displays a different color, flavor and aroma as the type of fruit it was made from.
The wine is divided into three main categories – fortified, sparkling, and table. The wine known as fortified when a bit of brandy is added in it to enrich the alcohol. Sparkling wine is considered when it has the right level of C02. Wine table, the third category, the wine in its natural form – which is different from any other type of wine.
Normally, grapes are favorite ingredients for making wine. They contain an equal amount of acid and sugar, which can be found in any other type of fruit. When drying the grapes, a large amount of heat is needed. To use grapes with wine though, you need to know exactly the harvest season. If you do not pick the grapes during the right time, your wine will suffer due to the level of sugar increases and a lack of measurement acids.
During the early stages of wine, grapes or other fruit is crushed by a large cylindrical container that will deflate the juicy parts of the fruit into large bags that are attached machine. Then, the juicy fruit is fermented by the use of heat. During this part of process, the yeast will help convert sugar into alcohol. Once the sugars start to break down alcohol, the wine will get a taste of butter.

Never store wine in a region where the temperature changes, because it can harm the wine. A humidity of about 60% is also important to keep the moisture of the cork. If the temperature is too low, it can also harm the wine. When you buy your wine, you should always make sure that you store it in the right location. The wine is stored properly and supported can be truly amazing once you drink it – making it worth more time and effort.

Top Ten Reasons I Hate Wine – Six food problems
Yes, it's true I really love Wine and Food Italy, France, Germany and many other countries. And who among us can deny a good deal? I really hate the wine in particular Many aspects of the wine scene. Let me explain my top ten reasons for this love-hate relationship. Previous articles discussed the unacceptable costs, lack of knowledge disturbing, no wine cellar, I can not get the … open bottle, and insomnia. This article describes the problems food that seem an inevitable part of my wine experience. Good wine to go with good food and great wine to go with great food. But who can eat all that good food or great? I am very lucky, at least for the moment, I can eat whatever I want, in moderation, without dieting. I 'd better not push my luck or I'll join the many dieters. But even non-dieters can have big problems with good food, problems of cost and time. You can bet your bottom dollar that the food is tasty is expensive, takes too long to prepare, or both. In addition, tasty food is probably not so good for you. If the number of calories will not harm you, fats and carbohydrates will be tasty. I do not what others may say, in my thinking 8% yogurt tastes much better than yogurt 0%. Neither one goes with wine, but I think you get the idea. And of course, for many of us from overeating can cause sleep disorders. I know that if I eat too late at night insomnia comes in. And as I'm getting older and older, too late at night becomes increasingly early. I said sleep difficulties, in addition to insomnia a good meal with wine makes me sleep. As you can guess nap after imbibing wine is an excellent way to generate insomnia. And what about pairing wine and food? It does not have a great wine and good food – wine and food should be good together. The potential for huge increases error. It is an easy "solution" this problem. Champagne pairs well with almost all foods. Just open your wallet (see Section 1), popped the cork (see Section 4), and enjoy. So if you have unlimited funds and are not disputed opener, the food problem is resolved. Otherwise … Here are other reasons that I hate wine, little time to explore: wine snobs, these odors and tastes, these colors, home brew, one more problem and yes, the solution. About the Author
