What wine goes with my sandwich chicken salad?
We've all heard that there are rules for selecting the right wine. These rules are based on the type of meat or fish main course, cost, and other factors snootiness snobbery less tasty. Damn, I'm no snob when selecting Just as good wine to go with my meal. I have a rule that matches no matter what is on the menu. But before I give you Franks rule selection wine, let's review some of the most recognized rules.
With red meat, white with fish. Yes, it's a good direction to take All right. It's good if you like the color of your meals coordinated. Heck, I'm convinced that my husband is color coordinated and do not really care so my meals are on a spectrum of specific colors.
Price determines quality. OK, I made it after a sommelier get almost indignant at my selection wine because it has not had the "nose" of a real "good" wine. A nose of course is what the faces of people they are watching less sophisticated wine drinkers. Apparently, the wine also has a nose and that simply means how it feels. The difference between them and we, however, is that we say smell and they say "bouquet. Well la tee da.
How about using the sommelier at the restaurant choose your wine? If you have one with a sense of humor is a great way to find new wines to enjoy. A sommelier is a person who is a professional trained and knowledgeable wine. They include all the aging, grape selection, part of the country and wine drinkers that wine base like me, are not interested in studying about. A great sommelier will not focus on price but on what types of wines you enjoy. What you eat will be examined, but in fact, a good sommelier is looking to select a wine on my 1 rule of wine selection.

It is! Who cares if it's expensive than the restaurant that gets the huge price increase. You'll drink and the wine is something you enjoyed or before a special occasion, you can begin to remember. You begin to walk in memory lane and if the person that you eat happen to be with your partner lives for many years, they also begin to remember when. The novel is not revived by the wine, but by memories.
There is a certain magic to a wine that can be linked back to your personal history. So what kind of wine goes with my chicken salad sandwich? I'll take the one I love … one with the magic.
